1、换 P570 电源步骤 (2011-10-12 11:47) 1.确定在 P1-C6/C7 位置没有以下设备，否则只能关机换电源，在线换电源不得超过 5 分钟FC 1800 - HSL-2 Ports - 2 CopperFC 1801 - HSL-2 Ports - 2 OpticalFC 1810 - GX Dual-port 4x HCA注：Remote I/O expansion card (FC 1800)Dual-port 4X Host Channel Adapter Infiniband card (FC 1810)2. 如果 P570 是由 HMC 管理的，通过 HMC（ve
2、rsion6 以下版本）删除设备，方法如下：a 在导航区，展开系统环境b 展开需要更换部件的管理系统c 展开 Service Applicationsd 选择 Service Focal Pointe 在内容部分，选择(Repair Serviceable Event)Install/Add/Remove Hardwaref 在 Install/Add/Remove Hardware 窗口，点击 System Processor.g 从选择的菜单上，选择 Remove FRU.h 在 Installed enclosure types 部分，选择 system or expansion uni
3、t 来删除部件i 在可用的 FRU 类型来选择插槽来删除部件j 点击 Next，电源灯开始闪烁k 根据指令更换部件3. 如何在 AIX 系统或者逻辑分区上定位坏的部件a 以 root 用户登录 AIX 系统b 输入 diagc 从 Function Selection 菜单，选择 Task Selection 回车d 选择 Display Previous Diagnostic Results 回车e 从 Display Previous Diagnostic Results 返回界面上选择 Display Diagnostic Log Summary，出现 Display Diagnosti
4、c Log，返回内容包含按时间排序的一些事件列表f 注意 T 列表的最近的事件，选择后按回车g 选择 Commit，将会详细显示此事件的信息h 记下事件的位置信息以及相应的 SRN 号i 退出到命令行下4. 如果 570 不是通过 HMC 管理，更换设备方法如下：a 以 root 用户登录 AIX 系统b 输入 diagc 从 Function Selection 菜单，选择 Task Selection 回车d 从 Task Selection 菜单上选择 Identify and Attention Indicators 回车e 从列表上选择故障部件后回车f 选择 Commit，系统故障灯
5、会点亮同时故障部件灯也被点亮( 左边 P1-E1,右边 P1-E2)g 开始更换电源h 更换完成后，根据系统提示，退出到命令行下The FRU listed below is the most probable cause of the failure. 6、nue concurrently.Open the back door of the unit containing the FRU that is being repaired. To continue the repair concurrently,the following conditions must be true Another power supply must already be installed at location E1.This power supply has three LEDS. The LEDs must be set as follows:AC Inpu
7、t-on, not blinkingDC Output-on, not blinkingFault/Identify-offIf any of these conditions are not true, the repair can continue only after powering off the unit containing the FRU that is being repaired. If the unit is already powered off, you may proceed with a non-concurrent repair.Select Next to c
8、ontinue.Remove the power supplyNote:Two power supplies must be present in the system in order to power on the system unit.If one power supply fails,or you have a system failure that does not stop the fans,the system will continue to operate.You can remove and replace the power supply with the system
9、 power on if it is done in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES After five minutes,the system will power down to prevent the system from over heating.1.Open the back rack door or cover.2.Disconnect the power cable from the backup of the power supply you are servicing.3.Pull the locking handle to pull the power su
10、pply out of the power supply byCAUTION:This part or unit is heavy,but has a weight smaller than 18 kilograms (39.7 pounds).Use care when lifting.removing,or installing this part or unit(c008).When you have completed these steps,click Next to continue.You must determine if the new power supply is ope

The new power supply is operational if its LEDs are set as follows:AC Input -on, not blinkingDC Output-on, not blinkingFault/Identify-blinking or offIf the LEDs are set differently, you must determine why. Make sure the power supply is plugged into a working AC power source, try installing a different power supply, or call your next level of support. Select Next to continue
