2、是低碳城市建设，必将引领未来城市建设的新趋势，而低碳社区建设即为低碳城市建设的落脚点，也是整个社会低碳建设的基石。本文试图以一个落成的社区为立足点，探索已经落成并且投入使用中的社区的低碳化建设，从一个全新的角度来考虑低碳社区建设而非仅仅局限于打造一个新的社区，从而使该课题具有一定的研究意义。首先，本文通过对我国社区发展进程和低碳社区理念的分析，建立相应的理论框架。其次，本文借鉴国内外优秀低碳社区的实践案例，总结其低碳特征和经验启示，以此来分析我国低碳社区建设存在的问题和解决的对策。同时，研究天津低碳社区建设的现状和意义，尝试探索适合天津的低碳化社区建设路径。最后，本文以天津市经济技术开发区康翠
3、社区为例，探讨康翠社区目前的低碳化建设取得的显著成效及存在的问题，从不同角色的职能分工角度提出低碳社区建设的模式。关键词：低碳社区； 低碳理念； 建设模式 ABSTRACTUnder the globalize background of climate change, countries have realized the price of the economic development. The development trend of the world economy is gradually shift to low-carbon economy. The important ca
