3、速发展，城市化进程的加快，导致了许多生态环境问题，流域河流普遍受到不同程度的污染，流域水环境和生态环境面临威胁，水资源安全已经成为城市发展的最大制约因素。为此，本文在总结前人调查水资源状况的基础上，结合襄阳市水资源利用实际，分析襄阳市水资源利用出现的各种问题，并为水资源分配及解决水资源利用出现的问题提出合理的建议。全文主要研究内容和取得的成果如下：（1）首先了解国内外学者对水资源现状调查的进展情况，阐述水资源现状调查的内涵。然后调查襄阳市水资源基本情况及当前所面临的主要问题，阐明水资源现状调查对水资源分配及解决水资源利用出现的问题的重要意义。最后针对水资源利用出现的问题提出合理的建议。（2）介
4、绍了水资源现状调查的概念和基本过程，并结合襄阳市用水实例对襄阳市的水资源进行分析，总结出襄阳水资源现状及利用出现的问题。（3）通过对襄阳市水资源情况的调查及水资源安全情况的科学分析，从如何合理的开发和保护，加大社会宣传力度等方面提出当地水安全当前所面临问题的对策。最后对全文进行总结和展望。关键词：襄阳市；水资源；现状调查；分析 4Survey and Analysis of Water Resources in XiangyangAbstract: Water is a human survival and development of the most valuable natural re
