1、I摘 要本 毕 业 设 计 的 题 目 为 威 海 市 威 盛 酒 店 式 公 寓 设 计 。 本 设 计 主 要 包 括 两个 部 分 的 设 计 ： 第 一 部 分 为 建 筑 设 计 ， 第 二 部 分 为 结 构 设 计 。 建 筑 设计 部 分 ： 根 据 建 筑 设 计 的 依 据 以 及 建 筑 设 计 的 基 本 原 则 ， 进 行 了 住 宅 建筑 的 平 面 、 立 面 以 及 剖 面 设 计 。 结 构 设 计 部 分 ： 选 取 4 轴 框 架 进 行 计算 。 确 定 框 架 计 算 简 图 ； 进 行 荷 载 汇 集 ， 计 算 风 载 和 地 震 作 用 ， 以
