1、1摘 要随着中国造船工业和科学技术的飞速发展，在造船领域中，我国的涂装新技术、新标准、新工艺在我国也得到了推广。由于腐蚀对船舶安全造成威胁，船东对船舶的防腐蚀措施非常关注。文章从涂装前、涂装中、涂装后三部分进行了阐述。第一部分包含 PSPC、边角和粗糙度、清洁度、灰尘、盐分、粗糙度、环境条件；第二部分包含程序、环境条件、湿膜厚度；第三部分包含干镆厚度、涂层缺陷、附着力、监控涂层检测和最终审核。尤其是 PSPC 实施后将会对造船产量、建造成本、建造周期和造船质量管理等诸多方面产生重大影响。 随着海上国际航运市场、石油、运输重要设施的开发，中国造船将面临世界造船先进技术的竞争考验。为使我国造船能适

9、考文献 .30第一章 涂装前511 PSPC 介绍 船舶涂装行业新出台的 pspc，英文全称是 performance standard for protective coatings,意思是防护涂层性能标准。 Pspc 适用于所有类型船舶的专用海水压载舱和船长不小于 150m 散货船双舷侧处所保护涂层性能标准。 实施时间： 2008 年 7 月 1 日及以后签订建造合同的；或无建造合同，则为 2009 年 1 月 1 日以后安放龙骨或处于类似建造阶段；或在 2012 年 7 月 1 日以后交船的船舶。IACS共同结构规范要求标准提前适用于：2006 年 12 月 8 日及以后签订建造合同的船长尾 150m 以上的油船和 90m 以上的散货船。这里我们应当注意的是：1）PSPC 是针对专用海水压载舱和散货船双舷侧处所内的保护涂层体系，不要扩大应用范围。2）对于适用范围内的永久性检验通道部分，如扶手、独立平台、梯子等非结构整体部分以及和船体结构成为一体的通道，如作为步道的纵向加强筋、纵梁，也要应用本标准。3）对于适用范围内的非船体结构整体部分飞构件如管子、测量装置等支撑件也可以使用其他防腐等效方法，只要能证明这些方法对周围结构
