1、新时期教师专业发展的机制与途径研究摘 要新时期社会的发展需要优秀人才作支撑,而优秀人才的培养则依赖于高品质的教育,最后高品质的教育又取决于教师专业的发展。教师作为教学的主导者,其专业化水平发展的程度,不仅决定着教学质量的高低,而且关系着一个国家教育发展的水平。当前,我国教育发展中的重要任务是教育现代化和新时期课程改革。其中,新时期的教育改革为教师的专业化发展提供了明确的方向,反过来讲教师的专业化发展也促进着教育改革的推行。另外,在日常的教学实践过程中,新时期的课程改革也为教师专业化发展提供了新的途径。因此,本文关于新时期教师专业化发展的机制和途径研究,是一个非常现实且富有社会意义的问题。本文“

2、新时期教师专业化发展机制和途径研究”是以新课改系列要求为基点,参考了国内外关课改研究成果,借问卷调查呈现的问题及分析,阐述了教师专业化机制和途径,并着重从教师管理制度、教师个体、群体等各个层次入手研究了如何实现并促进新时期教师专业化发展。个体教师专业发展应按照新课改的要求,结合自身的特点,并遵循教师成长与专业化发展的规律,最终来筹划制定合适的发展途径。本文在实地调研和分析的基础上,总结阐述了教学反思、教材编制、案例研究、课题研究等教师专业化发展方法及意义。在教师群体专业化发展途径研究中,我们首先进行了组织形式的分析,然后对教师群体专业化发展的途径做了具体阐述。教师专业发展不仅需要教师自身的不懈

3、努力,也需要学校内部的政策、体制、机制等方面的保障。本文在健全组织机构,完善培训制度,促进教师之间的交流与合作,建立新的调研制度,评价制度等方面做了系统研究,并得出有利于教师专业发展的机制。总的来说,本研究为教师个体和群体专业发展阐明了途径,并提供了新时期教师专业化发展的对策。研究表明,专业实践是教师专业发展的有效途径,其核心内容是“ 反思” 与“合作”。在专业发展进程中,个体与群体的发展是不可分割的有机整体,新时期教师专业发展,不仅需要个体的发展,更需要群体的合作发展。关键词:新时期的教育改革 教师专业化 调研 机制与途径 对策AbstractIn the new period, the d
