2、可能会影响产品品质造成伤害的物理、化学和微生物污染的过程、场所，工作环节均属之。3.权责:工程部：负责对产品的风险评估及管控措施的跟进；人事部：负责对工作环境，人员方面的风险评估及管控措施的跟进；生产部：负责生产过程中的风险评估及管控措施的跟进；物控部：负责原物料和产品维护方面的风险评估及管控措施的跟进；4.作业内容4.1 各部门依据下表中罗列的潜在危害产品品质造成伤害的风险的评估进行相应的管控措施：风险描述 风险影响 管控方法及措施 跟进部门产品结构潜在失效的风险产品设计和开发过程中产品结构潜在失效，可能导致产品失功能.可靠性和安全性方面的风险，不能满足客户要求。采用 FMEA 控制程序和
