3、房地产行业的经济泡沫是无法彻底消除的，并且危害巨大，但可以防范、控制并加以消除。我国房地产近年发展迅猛，对拉动国民经济和稳定经济，促进国民经济发展不可缺少。房地产成为我国经济发展中的支柱产业, 但其快速发展的背后也隐藏着危机，其中地产业发展很不规范，存在诸多问题，国内外对中国房地产市场是否存在严重泡沫的争论不断升级。如果不亟时的加以解决，势必会阻碍我国经济良好的发展势头，对国民的利益造成危害。在社会主义市场经济下，政府的基本职能是经济调节、市场监管、社会管理和公共服务。为切实加强对房地产业的管理与服务，确保房地产业持续健康的发展，切实保障人民群众生活水平的不断提高，政府必须依据自身的职能，围绕
