1、1各专业完整优秀毕业论文设计图纸大功率 LED灯设计及其热分析摘要 发光二极管(Light Emitting Diodes)照明比喻为照明的“绿色革命” ,它以其高效、节能、环保、应用灵活、寿命长、安全性高等等一系列的优点,成为即白炽灯、荧光灯后的又一新兴换代光源。尤其近些年来随着大功率 LED 照明产品在日常照明领域的不断深入普及,使得半导体照明日益受到全球的普遍关注,但随着功率的不断提高,大功率 LED 的热问题也日益突出,限制了它早日走入寻常百姓家的路途,也成为制约其继续发展的关键因素之一,因此,其散热问题亟待解决。 本课题就是从大功率 LED 散热问题入手,通过分析与研究大功率 LED

2、 灯具的散热结构,优化大功率 LED 灯具整体结构设计,快速地散发掉由 LED 光源芯片产生的大量的热量,进而有效地改善其散热,提高更加优质的大功率 LED 灯具照明产品。 本文对 LED 技术产业的全球研究状况与未来的发展趋势做了概括而简明的论述,介绍了本文研究背景及意义。已明确的研究目的开展研究内容,从根源从发,首先对 LED 热问题产生进行阐述,建立完整的热学模型,进行理论分析与实际测试比较。其次,对大功率 LED 灯具的散热器主要影响散热的各个因素进行单一的散热性能分析与研究,并分别对散热器高度 H,半径 r,半径 R,环境温度等等因素与 LED 芯片结温绘制彼此曲线,清晰的反应了各个
