1、A Teaching Plan Unit9 When was it invented?( Reading: Do you know the basketball was invented? )I. 教材分析课文紧扣住本单元的话题 invention,课文内容主要围绕风靡全球的篮球运动这一主题。本单元的语法是被动语态,因此文中出现了大量的被动语态的句子,通过阅读文章,学生能有效地感悟被动语态的用法。本节课渗透的是学习策略-大脑构图法 (mind-mapping), 通过本节课的学习,学生能对这一学习策略形成感性认识,并在今后的学习中能有意识地使用该学习策略。II 学生分析由于学生已经基本掌握了被

2、动语态,因此本篇阅读中出现的处被动语态的句子对学生来说已不是障碍。关键是文章出现的一些生词,需要学生认读,否则在回答问题时就是障碍。运用 Mind-mapping 复述课文的信息对学生来说是一大难点。III 教学目标1. 知识目标通过阅读,绝大多数学生能认读并掌握文中的重点词汇 active, indoors, create, wooden, knock, divide, basket, metal, towards, develop, rise, 并找出文章中出现的被动语态的句子。2能力目标通过本节阅读课的学习,大部分学生能较为熟练地朗读课文。在理解文章内容和反复朗读的前提下,中等及以上水平

3、学生还能用 Mind-mapping 复述篮球的历史-篮球的发明、发展及流行趋势等。学生能初步掌握 mind-mapping 学习策略,并在今后的学习过程中,运用 mind-mapping 学会文字信息与图像的转换。3.情感态度目标通过本节课的学习,激发学生对运动的热爱,并让学生树立 teamwork 的意识。IV 教学重难点1、教学重点(1)能认读并理解词汇:active, indoors, create, wooden, knock, divide, aim, basket, metal, hoop, shoot, below, backboard, towards, court, dev
