1、Page 1 of 8TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PANEL, CABINET AND SECONDARY CIRCUIT1 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION1.1 Installation Construction Condition The adopted material, component and equipment shall be all conform to design requirement, and the national standard equipment s
2、hall have normal nameplate and certificate of product quality. The design document and other technical documents are complete. Construction drawings have been jointly checked up, technique clarification and necessary technical training shall have been accomplished.The quality of building and structu
3、re relating to installation of panel, cabinet and secondary circuit shall conform to relevant national existing stipulations about Architecture Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code. In case there are special requirements for equipment and design, it shall also be metThe roof and floor shall
4、not have leakage after construction. Indoor floor work shall be completed. Embedded part and preformed hole shall conform to design, and the embedded part shall be firmly fastened. The decorative work that may damage the installed equipment or couldnt be carried through after installation of equipme

9、 Nonparallelism 51.3.3 After installation of foundation shaped steel, its top shall be 10mm higher than floating ground; packaged cabinet of handcart type shall be executed according to the technical requirements of product. Foundation shaped steel shall have obvious and reliable grounding. The main
10、 control panel, relay protecting panel and automatic installation panel are not suitable for welding firmly with foundation shaped steel. 1.3.4 When panel and cabinet installed separately or in line, the verticality, horizontal deviation, deviation of panel and cabinet surface, and allowable deviati

12、nt between Panels 21.4 Installation of Electrical Apparatus on Panel and Cabinet1.4.11.4.2 Each electrical apparatus shall be able to be dismantled and changed separately and without impacting the fastness of other equipment and lead bundle. Heating element shall be installed at the area in good hea
13、t emission condition. The joint wire between two heating elements shall adopt heat resistance lead or bare copper line covered with porcelain tube. 1.4.3 The contact of switch clamping plate shall be in good condition, and enough safe distance shall be provided between neighboring clamping plates an
14、d shall not contact the neighboring clamping plate when switching. As to switch clamping plate with one end electrified, the active end shall be without electricity at cut off condition of the plate. 1.4.4 Terminal shall have serial number, and terminals strip shall be easy for replacement and conne
15、ction; the height from ground ought to be larger than 350mm.1.4.5 As to loop voltage larger than 400v, the terminal strip shall have sufficient insulation and painted in red.1.4.6 The connector of secondary circuit shall adopt copper product; the insulation component shall apply self-extinguished fi
