5、單管理辦法. Specify the management procedure, relevant documents and forms for the WZS Instrument Calibration Room.2.0 範圍 (Scope)儀器校驗室負責執行電量(萬用表/示波器/靜電手環測試儀等) 、物理量 (扭力批/ 卡尺/厚薄規等)及外送儀器校驗作業,同時對 HS/HSF 測試儀器分開校驗并對所用標准件加以標示區分管理。Calibration Room is in charge of the calibration of electrical instruments (such a
6、s multimeter, oscillograph, DC supplier and ESD wrist strap etc.),physical instruments (such as automatic screwdriver etc.) and/or the instruments that must be calibrated outside, also request segregation calibration to HS/HSF instruments and make & segregation controlling for the standard parts.3.0
7、 職責 (Responsibilities)工程管理單位:提供儀器儀表允收標準.Engineering Unit: Provides the acceptance criteria for the instruments and gauges工具室:故障儀器儀表維修及回復. Tools Room: Repairs and restores damaged instruments and gauges品管單位:Audit 生產線上儀器儀表校驗狀況及追蹤失效儀器儀表/產品.QA: Audits the calibration status of the instruments and gauges
8、 used in the production line,tracks the invalid instruments/products.儀校室:執行儀器儀表催校和校驗作業.Calibration Room: Calibrates instruments.使用單位:依據校驗通知清單,準時將儀器儀表送校 .Department: Sends instruments for calibration according to the Calibration Notice4.0 校驗室追溯體系 (Tracking)4.1 校驗室追溯體系 (Laboratory Tracking System)emOK
9、依退货批/主动回收程序处理OK维修校驗分內校、外校 ,皆須能符合追溯到國家原級標準 ,經外校而作為廠內儀器校驗之標準件 ,均需標示Primary Standard 加以區分其他儀器，且並不用於每日進行之測試或生產檢驗.The instruments can be calibrated internally or externally to comply with the national original standards. The instrument calibrated externally and used as a standard instrument in the plant
