3、 2008Degree- Offering- Institution： Harbin Institute of Technology摘 要质量管理是建设项目管理中十分重要的一项工作。特别是随着我国国民经济的不断快速发展，基本建设投资规模持续增长，建设项目的质量越来越为人们所重视。建设项目的质量优劣，不仅关系到建设项目的适用性、关系到投资的利用效率，而且关系到人民生命财产的安全和整个社会的稳定。同时，由于建设项目具有单项性、高投入性、风险性和一次性、长期性的特点，而工程质量存在波动性、隐蔽性、最终检验局限性大的特点，迫切需要对质量的控制实现科学化、实现预控。在可靠的工序分析、良好的信息沟通的前提
4、下，科学地应用统计方法对工程质量实行控制，是实现上述目标的一个有效途径。本文在分析国内外相关研究现状以及管理实践的基础上，针对沈阳北站无站台柱雨棚工程的特点，对工程质量控制体系进行了论述，分别对钢柱、钢桁架制作工序中影响质量的因素进行了分析，明确了两个重点工序中起支配性作用的主要因素，制定了主动的、预防性的控制措施。在此基础上，阐述了工程质量控制基础工作中关于质量教育工作的落实和质量管理责任制的建立，工程质量信息管理工作的推进，如何开展质量管理小组活动，以及如何开展质量策划与过程控制等工作。论述了控制图法在质量管理工作中的应用，以钢结构制作分项工程为例，采用判异准则对施工单位的生产过程进行检查
