2、品、部品、物料及附属部品，符合快捷达所在地有关有害物质管理法律法规的要求及国际有关有害物质管理法律法规的要求，特此保证如下：Supplier undertakes to commit that all products, parts, raw materials and accessories delivered to Aztech and its affiliated companies as mentioned in Annex A (collectively called as “Aztech”, ) shall meet Aztechs requirement of relevant
3、hazardous substances prohibited by local and international laws/regulations. Supplier hereby, guarantees the following:1、 符合快捷达所在地及国家所适用如电子信息产品污染控制管理办法(包括现行以及后续不时修订的内容) 等有关法律法规的要求。Comply with all applicable laws/regulations of the country in which Aztechs Manufacturing Plant is located, such asMeasu
4、res for Administration of the Pollution Control of Electronic Information Product from Chinaand all its subsequent revisions.2、 符合国际所适用如 EU Directive 2011/65/EU、EU Directive 2012/19/EU、EU Regulation(EC) No 1907/2006、Packaging Directive 94/62/EC、EU Directive 2006/66/EC 及它们后续修订的内容等有关法律法规的要求（有害物质管控清单及限
5、制值见附录 B）。Comply with all applicable international laws/regulations, such as EU Directives 2011/65/EC, EU Directive 2012/19/EU, EU Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Packaging Directive 94/62/EC, EU Directive 2006/66/EC and all its subsequent revisions (Regulated Hazardous Substances List and Limit Value
6、as mentioned in Annex B).3、 供应商已充分理解并承诺符合快捷达的有害物质减免管理标准（文件编号：OPI-024），此有害物质减免管理标准将依据国内国际法律法规的最新要求及快捷达客户的最新要求进行不时的后续修订。Supplier fully understands and is committed to comply with Aztechs HSF Management Standard (Document No.: OPI-024). This HSF Management Standard will be revised from time to time acc
7、ording to the latest national/international laws/regulations and Aztechs customers requirements.4、 供应商承诺已充分理解并符合以上 13 条规定的有关有害物质管理的国内与国际法律法规要求及快捷达标准要求，如果供应商违反了以上要求，将承担所有由此而发生的快捷达及其客户或当地政府/外事损失的所有费用（包括但不限于律师费、诉讼费、通信费及赔偿），以及与付款附加的利息等等一切费用，供应商不会试图推卸任何责任。Supplier is deemed to have knowledge of local and

If Supplier violates or breaches the above requirements which results in liabilities, claims, losses, fines, damages, cost, expenses or com
