2、 工 程 概 述 进 行 了 阐 述 ， 对 编 制原 则 、 工 程 特 点 、 施 工 组 织 部 署 及 安 排 都 做 了 详 细 的 说 明 ， 同 时 在 进 行 人 员 和 现 场 施 工 安排 时 ， 充 分 考 虑 到 不 同 季 节 出 现 的 问 题 ， 并 由 此 确 定 相 应 的 施 工 方 案 ， 如 冬 、 雨 季 施 工 专项 方 案 。 对 工 程 的 工 期 做 到 很 好 的 把 握 ， 确 立 施 工 管 理 目 标 ， 实 施 工 期 保 证 措 施 。 同 时 ，对 施 工 现 场 经 常 出 现 的 环 境 、 水 土 、 安 全 等 方 面 的
