2、控制計劃 New production quality management plan,2. 年度的品質系統及制程審查 Quality system and process audit,3. 品質成本檢討 Quality Business Review (QBR),a. 品質目標(一年度不良率降低50%） ( Quality target need improve 50%),b. 相關資訊 related information (P/N&Factory information),c. 材料信息material information,d. 間題發生後的解決措施CLCA,e. 失效分析方法,分
3、設計和制程，確認何種適用FMAE(DFMEA&PFMEA, Where applicable,f. 生產線品質成績 production line performance,g. 信賴性測試ORT,h. 出貨檢查outgoing inspection,i. QMP 報告 QMP report,j. 聯系人目錄 contact window list,k. 產品生產流程圖 production flow chart and QC plan,l. 停止交貨/停止生產標準stop delivery and stop product standard,m. 包裝規格 packing Spec,n. 產品
