1、摘 要I摘 要本论文主要阐述了大学生就业形式不容乐观，如何解决大学生就业难的问题我们应当积极响应党十七大的号召，鼓励大学生创业，借助网上创业的优势，为大学生就业开辟一条全新的道路。作为一种新的创业方式，网上创业一方面拥有国家政策支持和巨大市场空间，拥有成本低廉和营销方便的经营优势。另一方面它也面临竞争激烈、物流成本高、法律和信用环境欠佳、网络安全等风险。要想网上创业成功，创业者应有正确的心态和准确的市场定位，还应拥有产品供应能力和营销技巧。本文就网上创业的现状、模式及相关问题提出相应措施，对推进大学生网上创业有积极意义。关键词： 大学生就业创业 网上创业AbstractIIAbstractTh
