1、腹腔镜微创手术在卵巢良性囊肿患者中的应用效果观察摘要：目的 观察腹腔镜微创手术在卵巢良性囊肿患者的应用效果。方法 选取 2015 年 7 月2016 年 6 月我院收治的卵巢良性囊肿患者 84 例，按照随机、均等的原则分为实验组和对照组，实验组应用腹腔镜微创手术治疗，对照组应用开腹手术治疗，对比两组患者的临床效果。结果 实验组手术时间、术后首次排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，VAS 评分低于对照组，术后并发症发生率（2.4%）低于对照组（19.0%） ，上述差异均有统计学意义（P关键词：腹腔镜微创手术；卵巢良性囊肿；开腹手术 Abstract：Objective To o

4、nd hospitalization time were shorter than the control group，intraoperative bleeding was less than the control group，VAS score lower than the control group，the incidence of postoperative complications（2.4%） than in the control group （19%） ，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05） ，能够进行对照研究。 1.2 纳入和排除标准 1.2.1 纳入标准 术前行甲胎蛋白（AFP） 、癌抗原125（CA125）检查排除恶性肿瘤或疑似恶性肿瘤；妇科检查或 B超检查符合卵巢良性囊肿的诊断标准；同意加入实验，并签署知情同意书2。 1.2.2 排除标准 合并其他严重内科疾病者；严重心肺、肝肾功能不全者；手术不能耐受者；有出血性疾病或凝血功能障碍者；拒绝加入实验者。 1.3 方法 1.3.1 对照组 采用开腹手术治疗，具体方法：麻醉方式，腰麻复合连续硬膜外麻醉；按照常规开腹手术步骤进行卵巢囊肿切除术，依据囊肿的大小、部位等情况选择是否进行附件切除。术后常规抗感染、导尿。
