11、aim of signing a contract is to confirm the performance ,“the duties and rights of both parties.” The business English contract is a document with legal position, which is signed in business activities. Therefore, Business English contract is the language that was developed and used in business acti
12、vities. Our country achieved more on foreign trade since it has became a member of WTO in 2001. But we always find that more and more issues appear frequently in foreign-trade .Most of the issues result from English contract.
