3、样向信息系统里插入和输出数据二、实验步骤及过程原始记录(数据、图表等)实验一的步骤 : ACTIVITY 1 - INSERT AN INCIDENT（插入一个意外）打开程序，然后选择 INSERT AN INCIDENT 选项，并点击进入。进入插入系统之后，按照所给的案例进行数据的录入。除了要将显明的数据录入外，我们可以选择一些我们认为重要的信息和数据录入。当信息全部录入结束后，我们可以再次查看刚录入的所有的数据，检查是否录入有误。ACTIVITY 2 - REPORT GENERATION（报告生成）可以查看系统里面的报告，可以按年份和意外的类型来查看报告，通过报告我们可以很简单的得到某个
4、阶段生某种病的人数。打开信息系统，选择 REPORT GENERATION 选项，并点击进入。进入报告系统后，根据需要键入自己想要查询的信息的条件，然后会得到想要的报告数据。如图所示：可以根据需要选择是否打印此报告。如果需要打印就点击 yes。ACTIVITY 3 - DELETING AN INCIDENT（删除一个事故）根据需要，我们可以在系统中删除一个事故。在系统里删除事故，首先需要知道事故的编号，如果不知道的话，我们需要到查询系统里通过病人的名字来找到事故编号。如图所示，选择该选项进入。进入后需要填入病人的姓氏：接着填入名字：然后可以查询到病人的各项信息，记住病人的事故编号，图中为 8
5、4.知道了事故编号就可以进行删除操作了，选择 Delete an Incident 选项，点击进入。键入事故编号：进入后会跳出该病人的整个信息，如果确定删除的话就选择 yes。ACTIVITY 4 - OVERVIEW OF THE SYSTEM A good way to obtain（获得） an overview（概述） of a system is to look (or in this case construct（构造）) a menu hierarchy diagram（层次图）. Construct a menu hierarchy diagram for the Mirrid
6、ong system. Provide a one-line summary of each component（组件） .为影子系统构造一个菜单层次图，为每个组件提供一句话的简介。插入事故：点击该选项可以插入一个事故。需要填写事故的时间与病人名称等等。主菜单退出系统：点击可以退出系统。删除事故：点击该选项后通过事故编号可以删除一个事故。修改事故：点击该选项可以通过病人编号修改事故。报告生成：可以通过报告菜单择自己想要查询的信息。产生图：选择该选项可以产生图。查询事故：可以通过病人的名字查询病人的详细情况。实验二的实验步骤：ACTIVITY 1 -SOME ENQUIRIES（一些调查）See
