5、过查阅各种文献资料和相关调查，对大学毕业生择业心理问题的相关因素进行系统分析，进而指出市场经济体制下大学生择业中存在的心理问题，分析了当前大学生的不良择业心理形成的原因。影响大学生择业心理的因素主要有社会因素、学校因素和个人因素。主要包括：高等教育市场化改革、就业市场的不完善、学校专业与课程设置的不合理、大学毕业生就业心理健康教育的不够深入、大学生自身素质与市场要求不相适应等。当代大学生择业心理问题主要表现为三个方面：心理障碍、心理矛盾和心理偏差。具体表现为：自卑心理、自负心理、求稳求全心理、理想与现实的矛盾、选择就业与继续求学的矛盾、急功近利、攀比嫉妒等要从根本上缓解大学生择业的心理压力，提
6、高大学生择业的成功率，笔者认为需要社会、学校和个人共同参与。首先，社会要给大学生就业以积极的关注，要促进经济的可持续发展，为大学生提供充分的就业机会，要实行严格的就业准入制度，要完善人事及户籍管理制度，要科学制定有利于扩大劳动力市场需求的经济政策，要加快社会保障体制的建设和完善。其次，学校不仅要加强对大学生全方位的择业指导，引导大学生树立正确的职业观和就业观，而且要创新教学模式，有针对性的进行创业教育，多给大学生创造参与社会实践和社会活动的机会，从根本上提高大学生的核心竞争力。最后，大学生要从自身实际情况出发，积极调适自己的就业心理，主动自地适应环境,与环境保持协调,客观地分析自我与现实,有效

Facing with fierce competition from the society, a lot of univers
8、ity students lack of psychological preparation, which will inevitably lead conflicts and psychological pressure to their job-hunting, even affect their normal study and health. Therefore , the psychological problems caused by career-choosing cannot be neglected, and needed to be solved immediately.I
9、n this paper, through consulting a variety of literature and related survey, the author analysed systematically the related factors on psychological problems of university graduates and pointed out the existed psychological problems of university graduates under the market economic system. The facto
10、rs mainly are social factors, school factors and personal factors ,including, the imperfections of labor market and the market-oriented reform of higher education, the unreasonable employment of college curriculum and major, the unthorough mental health education for graduates, and the incompatibili
11、ty between qualities of university students and requirements form the market. There are mainly there psychological problems of the contemporary university graduates: psychological barriers, psychological conflicts andpsychological deviation. Specifically as follows: low self-esteem psychology, self
12、psychology, stability-seeking psychology, the contradiction between ideal and reality, the contradiction between choosing employment and continuing studies, impatience and jealousy psychology etc.In order to alleviate the psychological pressue fundamentally and improve the success rate of career-cho
13、osing, the author appeals the participation of society, school and individuals together.
