2、降至最低，确保企业能顺利实现其既定目标，并保持其发展能力。由于中小企业规模小、竞争力弱等特性使得中小企业在财务风险管理方面存在很多的问题，使得财务风险变得难以预见和改变，从而对企业生产经营产生重大影响。所以加强中小企业的财务风险管理，建立企业财务风险识辨系统和完善有效的财务风险管理机制，以进一步防范企业的财务风险、降低企业的财务风险、提高企业效益, 具有十分重要的意义。本文以诸暨市中小企业为研究对象，在诸暨市抽取60家中小企业进行问卷调查。通过整理结合描述统计的方法，探寻诸暨市中小企业财务风险管理的特点和不足，并从这两方面提出完善诸暨市中小企业财务风险管理的相应对策。关键词：中小企业；财务风险
