1、苏州科技学院硕士学位论文 摘要 I 摘要 随着城市社会 经济的发展,城市空间拓展以空前的速度进行着,给自然生态环境带来越来越大的冲击,具体表现为城市建设用地无序蔓延对自然环境的漠视。城市自然生态环境应该是一个完整的生态网络,城市空间的拓展只有满足生态网络基本功能发挥需求前提下,综合考虑经济、产业、交通等各种因素,才具备科学合理性。 南宁的 “中国绿城 ”建设取得了丰硕的成果,近年来提出的“中国水城”的建设目标为形成南宁的生态网络奠定了基础,同时也为城市的空间拓展提供了新的视角。“ 绿 ” 上加 “ 水 ” , 两者 相互促进,实现城市绿 、 水 与生态网络 的完美结合, 彰显出南宁市从“绿城”

2、 、“水城”走向“生态网络城市”的发展态势。 在回顾了水城苏州和斯德哥尔摩城市空间拓展演变及其实践经验的基础上,梳理了国内外城市空间拓展和城市生态网络的相关理论与方法。在理论研究的基础上以南宁水城建设,分析了南宁生态网络与空间拓展的相互关系:首先从认识论层面上去辨析南宁城市空间拓展演变历程及其与“水系”生态因子间的相互关系;然后从方法论层面上去探讨了不同空间层次的自然生态网络的构建方法,以实现城区、郊区及区域背景的联系;最后从技术手段层面通过城市增长边线和城市生态底线的划定形成生态底线区、生态发展区和集中建设 区,将“两线三区”的空间导控格局运用到南宁的空间拓展中去,构想了南宁“生态网络化城市

3、”的空间结构形态,期望对促进南宁城市与生态系统的协调发展有所裨益。 主要结论: 从图底关系的角度 出发,自然生态网络从底的角度给城市空间拓展一些限制条件,而经济社会发展需求、建成区所酝酿的发展态势以及城市现有交通条件的引导形成了图的发展需求,底与图之间的博弈与融合得出合理的空间拓展模式。未来城市空间拓展的模式是把图底看成一个整体“图底合一”,建设用地与非建设用地的高度融合,实现城市经济增长和环境保护相协调的可持续发展。 关键 词: 城市空间拓展;生态网络构建;水城建设;南宁都市区 苏州科技学院硕士学位论文 Abstract II Abstract With the urban social a

4、nd economic development, the urban space is expanded at an unprecedented rate and provides increasing impact to natural ecological environment, which is embodied by the ignorance of out-of-order extension of land for urban construction to natural environment. Urban natural environment should be a co

5、mplete ecological network, and the expansion of urban space can only be scientific rationality under the premise of meeting the requirements of giving play to basic functions of ecological network and comprehensively considering economy, industry, transportation and other various factors. Nanning “C

6、hina Green City” construction has achieved fruitful results. The construction goal of “China Watertown” put forward in recent years lays the foundation for forming Nanning ecological network, and meanwhile provides a new perspective for the expansion of urban space. “Green” and “water” promote each

7、other, achieve the perfect combination of urban green and water and ecological network, and shows the development trend of Nanning City from “Green city” and “Watertown” to “ecological network city”. On the basis of reviewing the evolution of urban space expansion of watertown Suzhou and Stockholm a

8、nd practical experience, identify the relevant theories and methods for domestic and overseas city space expansion and urban ecological networks. Based on the theoretical research, analyze the relationship between Nanning ecological network and space expansion through Nanning watertown construction.

9、 First, from the epistemological level, differentiate and analyze the evolution course of Nanning space expansion and the relationship between it and “water system” ecological factors; then from the methodological level explore the construction methods for natural ecological network of different spa

10、ce levels, to achieve the relations of urban, suburban and regional background; finally, from the level of technical means, develop ecological bottom-line area, ecological development area and integrated construction area by determination of urban growth side boundary and urban ecological bottom-lin

11、e, apply the space guide and controlling pattern of “two lines and three areas” to the space expansion of Nanning, conceive the space structure pattern of Nanning “Ecological Networked City” and hope to be beneficial to promote the coordinated development of Nanning city and ecological system. 12、conclusion: Starting from the point of view of figure-ground relation, natural ecological network puts forward some restricted conditions for urban space expansion from the point of view of ground, while economic and social development needs, the intended development trend of built up area and the g

13、uidance of the existing urban traffic conditions form the development needs of figure so that the reasonable space expansion mode is achieved through the game and integration of ground and figure. The mode of urban space expansion in the future is to regard figure and ground as an overall “figure-gr

14、ound combination”, and land for construction and land for non-construction are highly integrated, to achieve sustainable development for coordination of urban economic growth and environmental protection.
