1、大庆石油学院本科生毕业设计（论文）1摘 要 本文对锅炉的结构以及载荷作用条件进行了分析与研究，并依据 JB4732钢制压力容器分析设计标准对锅炉各部分壁厚进行了初步的设计。在此基础上运用相关的力学理论，本文将锅炉合理地分割成四个部分，并利用 ANSYS 软件建立了锅炉各部分的力学模型。考虑到锅炉的空间结构特点，本文采用 solid45单元和 plane82 单元分别对锅炉的各部分进行了应力强度分析和疲劳分析。本文还对所指定的锅炉危险截面进行了线处理，然后对锅炉各部分进行了应力计算和应力分类。综上所述，本文所分析的内容以及所得出的结论是合理的。关键词：锅炉；有限元；应力分析；疲劳分析大庆石油学院
2、本科生毕业设计（论文）2AbstractIn this paper, the structure of the boiler and the load conditions are analyzed and studied, and then according to JB4732 Steel Pressure Vessels-analysis of design standards the thickness of all the parts of the boiler wall are preliminaryly designed.
