4、7 级 昆明 650224)摘 要：由于生物资产自身特点和历史原因，生物资产信息披露相较其它资产有相当的滞后性。随着市场经济发展、经济全球化，滞后的生物资产信息披露会给经济交往带来很大的不便，信息披露不充分、不及时会让信息使用者受到误导等等。本文通过对生物资产的国内外研究及分析现状进行阐述，重点在于生物资产信息披露研究。运用现行通用的准则，结合农业上市公司的财务报表，通过分析进一步来说明我国生物资产信息披露的现状、财务信息披露质量不高的主要原因及解决对策。关键词：生物资产；上市公司；公允价值；信息披露Research on Information Disclosure of Biologica

As the market economy development, economic globalization, the hysteresis in the disclosure of biological assets would bring great inconvenience to economic exchanges. Insufficiency and out of time, will misgu

The report based on the biological research of domestic and foreign assets and analysis the current situation, focus on information disclosure of biological assets, using general guidelines, combined with financial statements of listed agricultural companies.
