4、 权 苏 州 大 学 学 位 办 办 理 。研 究 生 签 名 ： 日 期 ：导师签名： 日 期 ：代用碱的配制及在活性染料染色中的应用研究 中文摘要代用碱的配制及在活性染料染色中的应用研究中文摘要针 对 活 性 染 料 染 色 时 采 用 纯 碱 作 为 固 色 碱 剂 带 来 的 很 多 问 题 ， 配 制 了 活 性 染 料 固色的液体代用碱，并对其应用性能进行了研究。对供碱组分和缓冲剂组分进行选择，研 究 了 碱 剂 和 代 用 碱 的 缓 冲 容 量 、 代 用 碱 和 纯 碱 的 pH 值 、 单 一 碱 剂 对 棉 织 物 染 色 表观色深的影响、碱剂对染料扩散性能的影响，确定了
5、固色效果最优的代用碱的处方。代用碱由氢氧化钾、碳酸钾、硅酸钠、三乙醇胺组成。将 不 同 碱 剂 和 代 用 碱 用 于 活 性 染 料 浸 染 ， 对 染 色 织 物 表 观 色 深 值 进 行 比 较 ， 通 过改 变 代 用 碱 的 用 量 、 食 盐 用 量 、 固 色 时 间 确 定 代 用 碱 用 于 浸 染 的 最 佳 工 艺 ， 并 对 加 入碱 剂 后 染 浴 pH 的变化、染后残液及水洗液的 pH 值、染色织物色牢度进行分析，最后进 行 成 本 核 算 。将 代 用 碱 用 于 活 性 染 料 轧 染 ， 通 过 考 察 代 用 碱 用 量 、 食 盐 用 量 、 焙 烘 时
6、 间 和 焙 烘温 度 对 染 色 织 物 表 观 颜 色 深 度 的 影 响 ， 确 定 代 用 碱 用 于 轧 染 的 最 佳 工 艺 。 按 优 化 后 的代 用 碱 轧 染 工 艺 与 常 规 碱 剂 轧 染 工 艺 进 行 染 色 ， 比 较 了 染 色 织 物 的 颜 色 特 性 和 耐 摩 擦牢 度 。将 代 用 碱 用 于 活 性 染 料 冷 堆 染 色 ， 研 究 了 代 用 碱 用 量 、 食 盐 用 量 、 尿 素 用 量 和 冷堆 时 间 对 染 色 织 物 表 观 颜 色 深 度 的 影 响 。 按 优 化 后 的 代 用 碱 冷 轧 堆 工 艺 与 常 规 碱 剂

8、ctIn this work, the preparation of liquid alkali used as a substitute of soda ash for thefixation of reactive dyes was investigated, and its application characteristics werediscussed. The aim of this study was to solve the problems caused by the use of soda ash asan alkaline fixation agent during th
9、e process of reactive dyeing. This study included thefollowing aspects: selection of alkali donors and buffer components, pH and buffercapacity of conventional alkalis and liquid alkali, effect of alkalis on color depth of dyedfabrics and diffusion ability of dyes. Finally, the optimum composition o
10、f liquid alkali wasgiven as follows: potassium hydroxide, potassium carbonate, sodium silicate andtriethanolamine.In order to obtain the optimum conditions of liquid alkali applied to reactiveimmersion dyeing, the dosages of liquid alkali and sodium chloride as well as fixation timewere tested as co
11、mpared to the application of conventional alkali, and the color depth ofdyed fabrics was used as the evaluation standard. In addition, the changes in pH of dyebathin the presence of alkali, pH of residual dyebath and washing solution, color fastness ofdyeings, and cost of dyeing process were also di
12、scussed.The optimum pad dyeing process was determined through the investigation about theinfluence of baking temperature, baking time, liquid alkali dosage, and sodium chloridedosage on the apparent color depth of dyed fabrics. Furthermore, the color characteristicsand the color fastness to rubbing
13、of the dyed fabrics with the uses of liquid alkali andconventional alkali were compared.Liquid alkali was also applied to the cold pad-batch reactive dyeing of cotton fabricswere carried out. The depencence of apparent color depth, color hue, and rubbing colorfastness of dyed fabrics on batching tim
