1、西 安 建 筑 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文一类非线性系统的故障诊断方法研究专 业 ： 系 统 工 程硕 士 生 ： 李 昊 伦指 导 教 师 ： 佟 威 副 教 授摘 要故 障 诊 断 技 术 的 出 现 、 兴 起 与 迅 速 发 展 ， 是 实 际 应 用 需 求 与 多 学 科 发 展 两 个方 面 交 替 作 用 的 结 果 。 论 文 围 绕 着 非 线 性系统 故 障 诊 断 两 大 类 方 法 ， 从 每 一 类 中选 取 一 种 诊 断 方 法 ， 对 基 于 粗 糙 集 方 法 和基于 鲁 棒 观 测 器 方 法 进 行 研 究 ， 并 用 这两 种 方 法 对
2、同 一 个 非 线 性 系 统 进 行 了 故 障 诊 断 研 究 。论 文 的 主 要 研 究 工 作 如 下 ：在 深 入 调 研 了 当 前 非 线 性 系 统 故 障 诊 断 的 发 展 现 状 和 研 究 热 点 问 题 后 ， 总 结 得出 了 非 线 性 故 障 诊 断 在 故 障 诊 断 领 域 的 特点和 存 在 的 问 题 ， 选 取 了 两 种 代 表 性 的非 线 性 故 障 诊 断 算 法 ， 重 点 对 这 两 种 算 法 进 行 了 研 究 分 析 。论 文 在 学 习 研 究 粗 糙 集 基 础 理 论 后 ， 建 立 了 基 于 粗 糙 集 的 三 容 水 箱
3、 模 型 ， 用 该模 型 与 组 态 软 件 相 结 合 ， 成 功 的 诊 断 出 了三容 水 箱 的 故 障 ， 在 组 态 界 面 显 示 出 了详 细 的 故 障 部 件 信 息 。根 据 三 容 水 箱 的 非 线 性 特 性 ， 将 其 在 工 作 点 附 近 线 性 化 。 然 后 结 合 鲁 棒 观 测 器的 特 点 ， 通 过 抑 制 其 他 故 障 的 影 响 ， 来 反过来 突 显 此 故 障 的 特 征 来 设 计 出 了 一 个鲁 棒 观 测 器 ， 将 该 方 法 应 用 于 三 容 水 箱 故障的 诊 断 ， 通 过 仿 真 验 证 来 说 明 了 其 的有 效

8、on theconfiguration interface.According to the nonlinear system characteristics of three-tank, linearized thesystem at operating point. And using it combine with the features of the robust observer.According to inhibit other faults to turn highlight the feature of the fault, this can designan robust
