2、八议”制度的产生，发展和消亡这条主线，详细介绍“八议”制度的产生背景，发展经过和消亡的原因和结果，力图让人们宏观的了解“八议”制度。本文介绍了“八议”制度的概念， “八议”的实质是我国古代为了巩固封建阶级统治而诞生的一项制度，从外部来看，这项制度将地主阶级和平民阶级鲜明的区分开来，不断地加剧了地主阶级和平民的差距，从内部来分析， “八议”制度是统治阶级内部各个势力相互妥协的结果；阐述了各个朝代“八议”制度的发展情况和影响；第三部分是对“八议”制度的历史和现实意义进行分析，分析“八议”制度对我国古代封建社会带来的积极和消极影响,如在当时的社会生产水平之下，有利于加强统治者的威信，巩固统治，同时“
