4、： 导师签名：日期： 年 月 日摘 要摘 要随 着 人 们 生 活 水 平 的 提 高 ， 对 电 视 图 像 质 量 的 要 求 也 越 来 越 高 ， 但 是 我 国 的模 拟 电 视 广 播 还 将 在 较 长 一 段 时 间 内 占 据 主 导 地 位 。 与 传 统 的 模 拟 视 频 解 码 相 比 ，数 字 视 频 解 码 有 其 突 出 的 优 点 ： 解 码 性 能高、 图 像 质 量 好 。 同 时 为 后 面 的 数 字 视频 处 理 提 供 了 质 量 较 高 的 数 字 源 ， 因 而 在当前 的 模 拟 电 视 信 号 处 理 中 ， 数 字 解 码器 取 代 模
5、拟 解 码 器 已 成 为 主 流 。 随 着 数 字电视 的 推 广 和 普 及 ， 数 字 解 码 器 将 发 挥更 大 的 作 用 。本 文 所 阐 述 的 彩 色 电 视 制 式 SECAM 制 解 码 器 正 是 基 于 数 字 技 术 的 方 法 而 设计 的 。 将 模 拟 的 电 视 信 号 经 过 模 数 转 换 ，然后 在 数 字 集 成 电 路 中 进 行 解 调 ， 解 出的 亮 度 和 色 度 信 号 可 以 转 化 为 我 们 所 需 要的各 种 图 像 格 式 ， 从 而 满 足 现 在 各 种 不同 的 需 要 。本 文 首 先 介 绍 了 电 视 信 号 的
6、基 础 知 识 以 及 三 大 模 拟 制 式 各 自 的 特 点 ， 为 解 码器 的 设 计 做 好 铺 垫 。 SECAM 制解码器的设计以数字集成电路的设计流程为主线，在 考 虑 硬 件 实 现 的 同 时 ， 先 用 Matlab 语 言 进 行 算 法 方 面 的 设 计 。 经 过 Matlab 的 仿真 ， 解 码 出 的 图 像 质 量 达 到 了 我 们 的 要 求 ， 再 根 据 Matlab 的 算 法 编 写 了 C 语言和Verilog 语 言 ， 进 行 功 能 仿 真 ， 仿 真 结 果 和 Matlab， C 语 言 仿 真 的 结 果 相 匹 配 。 在HD
7、L 仿真通过后，对本文的设计又进行了 FPGA 验证，由于 FPGA 的 性 能 比 实 际芯 片 的 性 能 要 差 很 多 ， 所 以 经 过 FPGA 验证通过的芯片成功率是很高的。在搭建的 验 证 平 台 上 ， 经 过 调 试 ， 得 到 了 正 确 的 图 像 。 整 个 设 计 经 过 了 FPGA 验 证 ， 从而 保 证 了 系 统 设 计 的 正 确 性 。随 着 微 电 子 技 术 的 不 断 地 发 展 ， 数 字 集 成 电 路 必 将 获 得 更 广 泛 的 应 用 。 基 于数 字 集 成 电 路 的 电 视 解 码 器 ， 也 会 得 到 更广泛 的 应 用 。
8、 本 文 作 为 从 模 拟 电 视 向 数字 电 视 过 渡 期 间 的 一 种 技 术 ， 它 为 以 后 数字电 视 技 术 中 的 解 码 器 的 设 计 提 供 了 借鉴 。关键词：S ECAM， FM 解 调 ， CORDIC 算法，FPGAIABSTRACTABSTRACTWith the improvement of living standards, peoples requirements on the televisionimage quality are also getting higher, but Chinas analog television broadcas
9、ting willoccupy a dominant position in a long time. Compared to traditional analog videodecoder, digital video decoder has a lot of advantages: high-performance decoding andimage quality. At the same time, it provides high quality digital sources for the digitalvideo processor. So in the current, an
10、alog decoders have been replaced by digitaldecoders in television signal processing. With the promotion and popularization ofdigital TV, digital decoders will play a greater role.The method used in SECAM decoder in this paper is based on digital technology.Analog television signals are converted int
11、o digital signals through analog-digitalconversion, and then the digital signals are demodulated in the digital integrated circuits.Luminance and chrominance signals which are the outputs of decoder can be translatedinto various image formats to meet a variety of needs.At the beginning this paper in
12、troduces the basic knowledge of television signalsand the characteristics of three analogue standards. The design of SECAM decoder isbased on digital integrated circuit design flow. The matlab software is used to design thealgorithm when the hardware implementation is considered at the same time. Af
13、terMatlab simulation, the image quality achieves our requirement. The program in the Clanguage and Verilog language which is according to the algorithms of the Matlablanguage, are used to do the functional stimulation, and then the functional simulationresults are given, which are the same as that o
14、f C language simulation. Due to FPGAperformance much worse than the real chip, if FPGA verification is successfully passed,the design will be correctly accepted. At last, the right image can be given, which camefrom our decoder output in the test platform of the FPGA. The results of the verification
15、prove the correctness of the decoder system design.With the development of microelectronic technology, digital integrated circuits willbe widely applied, and also TV decoders based on digital integrated circuits will beIIABSTRACTmore widely used.
