3、变化最快的部分，因此，营运资金管理管理水平的高低很大程度上决定着企业的生存。企业对于营运资金管理也缺乏应有的重视，在营运资金管理上存在着营运资金低效运营、营运资金管理弱化等问题。本文首先对企业运营风险管理的国内外发展历程进行了综述，然后着重提出了企业风险管理研究的新模式。关键词：风险；风险管理；营运资金管理；运营风险管理近年来，美国安然公司、世通公司等商业巨头相继倒闭，株冶、中储棉、新加坡中航油和中盛粮油等巨亏事件连续发生，企业的风险管理已经成为企业界和学术界关注的焦点。企业运营风险更是因为其“操作程序、人员和系统上的不足或失误或外部事件会直接或间接造成公司重大损失”的特征成为企业风险防范的重
4、点。风险的产生都是从无到有、从小到大，只要能及早发现，做到“防微杜渐” ，将风险及早发现并控制，就能避免更大的风险事件发生。风险有来源于企业外部的，也有来源于企业内部的，但人们通常只关注企业外部风险，较为忽视企业内部风险。一项错误决策、一次操作失误都会给企业造成了巨大损失，正如前例所示，内部风险已成为企业的最大隐患。当前，我国企业虽然取得了长足的发展，但是同时也暴露出很多问题，如盲目投资、扩大规模、生产流程无序、信息管理失败等，当企业发展到一定程度，这些问题就会显露出来，给企业的发展带来风险。这些风险因素无处不在，又难于把控。因此，企业运营风险管理的研究具有相当重要的意义。企业运营风险管理研究
