2、要源泉。资料介绍，美国制造业中，平均库存成本占库存价值的 30-35。因此对库存管理进行研究和开发库存管理系统将是企业实践以及企业信息化建没的重要内容。而在进行开发之前，对其进行需求分析是必不可少的工作。本文以家具企业库存管理系统的需求分析为背景，结合家具企业仓库信息管理的实际需求。通过对家具企业制造业务流程的深入调研和利用领域工程知识，设计了一个基于家具企业库存管理系统的需求分析。论文首先从本课题的研究背景及意义入手，在此基础上对家具行业特点、库存管理存在的问题进行了详细的分析，最后确定了库存管理系统的用户类型、运行环境和各功能模块的需求分析。本文对库存管理系统进行需求分析，从以往库存管理软
3、件的不足之处着手，开发一个可以实时、有效地库存管理系统，减少库存，降低库存资金的积压，从而有利于提高企业的经济效益，并在企业库存管理的基础上，为企业决策提供充分的依据。同时可以提高信息共享程度、完善企业控制体系、缩短采购周期，使企业在当今日趋激烈的市场经济形势下更具竞争力。因此对家具企业所运用的库存管理系统进行一次彻底详细的需求分析，对提高该企业的库存管理水平具有重大的实践意义。【关键词】：需求分析；库存管理；库存管理改进方法.AbstractTotal assets of the enterprise inventory assets, a larger proportion of asse
