1、东北财经大学硕士学位论文基于.NET与AJAX的自定义工作流的研究与实现姓名：李伟申请学位级别：硕士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：赵枫20071202摘 要自定义工作流是从工作流拓展而成的一个新的研究方向，其目的是通过使用若干新方法，技术和思想对涉及人、组织、业务对象和其它信息资源的企业运作流程的设计、执行、控制、分析等诸多环节进行更灵活的支持和管理。它以业务流程、活动为中心，突出地将业务流程管理提升到一个更高的层次上。系统只提供工作流设计和运行的环境以及基本元素，将流程定义独立出来，不和具体业务绑定，由企业内的系统管理员根据企业自身需求，用这些元素组合出各种各样的流程，使企业能够迅速使用重组
2、的流程，提升竞争能力。近些年来，流程的自动化和工作流技术得到了热衷关注。回顾企业级应用系统的发展历史，数据库管理系统的诞生使得企业应用与数据管理实现了分离，图形界面技术和浏览器技术的发展使得企业应用与用户接口实现了分离，而工作流管理系统的出现则实现了企业应用与业务逻辑规则的分离，这将大大提升应用程序的柔性，并促使企业应用从面向功能的事务处理向面向过程的业务处理变化。针对当前工作流的发展及应用状况，本文在综述了工作流国内外研究现状，明确了工作流相关概念和功能结构后，对自定义工作流的相关技术和理论框架等几个方面进行了较为深入的研究和探讨。首先，介绍了工作流理论基础，从发展、应用等方面突出工作流在当
3、前信息化进程中的重要性，并找出缺陷，说明本文研究的意义及方向。其次，深入研究了工作流的基本原理，对工作流有一个更明晰的认识，并对现有的工作流进行分类，确定本文研究对象的原理和归类。详细介绍了WFMC给出的工作流模型的功能结构。再次，对自定义工作流进行了概述，重点介绍了自定义工作流的特点，突出其与传统工作流的比较优势。结合本系统特点，详细介绍了应用平台和技术。然后，从定位、总体框架和模块设计三个方面对自定义工作流的实现进行了探讨。在定位方面，本系统侧重于纯文本流程的实现。根据工作流管理系统的特性及前文介绍的原理结构，提出一个各模块联系紧密、高效、智能的工作摘 蔓流框架。模块设计方面突出显示了自定
