2、，面向专业音频编辑和混合环境的专业软件，例如 Audition 却没有对 S48 格式的支持。本课题立足市场需求，在 Windows 系统下，用 Delphi 编程实现音频文件格式转换，并做成 Audition 的插件。软件的各个功能由相应功能模块来完成，如文件格式分析模块完成音频格式信息分析并提供源文件和目的文件的格式信息显示、文件头模块完成音频文件头的读写、文件流转换模块完成格式转换并且目的文件的采样率和码率可选等。进而利用 Audition 提供的接口实现插件制作，使其支持 S48 格式的识别和转换。通过测试，该软件可以在 Windows 操作系统下正常运行，在 Audition 支持的

In the other side, specialized audio software such as Audition cant support S48.Based on market demand, this program carries out the audio format transform by using the Delphi in the Windows system, and makes software to be the plug-in of Audition.
