1、 河北旅游与文化产业融合发展问题探究 摘 要旅游与文化之间存在联系，这种联系具有天然性。作为旅游的灵魂，文化体现着旅游的精神内涵，如果缺少文化，旅游的魅力就荡然无存；而旅游作为文化的承担者，其作用就是锦上添花，为文化增添活力，离开旅游谈文化就会显得单调乏味，没有生机和活力。可以说，旅游的优越性是在市场上，而文化的优越性则是在内涵上。站在旅游的立场上来讲，抓住文化就等于把握住核心价值；站在文化的立场来讲，抓住旅游就等于开发出一个广阔市场。旅游与文化相辅相成，两者相互促进更好的发挥各自的优势，旅游产业和文化产业融合发展，必然会充分发挥两者的优势，相得益彰，共同走向繁荣。另外，伴随经济的发展与生活水
2、平的提高，旅游已经成为一种时尚。成为现代生活重要的组成部分。越来越多的人开始追求一种以文化享受为主要内容的高档次的旅游活动，在旅游过程当中，旅游者可以尽情欣赏异地文化，体验特色文化，在现代旅游活动当中文化的身影随处可见，毫不夸张地说，文化成为了旅游者的起点与终点，成为了旅游的生命，更成为了景点重要的吸引力。所以说旅游产业与文化产业融合具有极大的发展潜力。准确把握旅游与文化的关系，采取切实措施推动旅游产业与文化产业融合发展、共同繁荣，既是我国建设旅游强国的必由之路，也是不断提升我国文化软实力、实现文化强国目标的客观要求。旅游产业与文化产业的发展存在诸多契合点，两大产业融合发展，将会带来更加明显的
3、社会效益和经济效益。因此，本文在分析旅游产业与文化产业融合发展路径的基础之上，结合河北省实际情况，分析河北省两大产业融合发展的现状以及存在的问题，并提出相应的对策建议，旨在为促进河北省旅游产业与文化产业深度融合，推进旅游产业转型升级提供新思路。研究分为四个部分：第一部分，旅游产业与文化产业融合发展的相关基本理论研究，运用定性研究法与文献研究法，对旅游产业、文化产业以及产业融合的相关概念进行界定，简明阐述旅游产业与文化产业融合发展的必然性与重要性、旅游产业与文化产业的融合路径等基本理论。第二部分，针对河北省旅游产业与文化产业融合发展进行剖析，明确两大产业融合发展面临的机遇和挑战，测算出具体的融合
4、度数值，得出两大产业融合依旧处于初级阶段的结论，继而分析出在融合发展过程中存在的问题。第三部分，通过对西柏坡红色旅游与文化融合的路径分析，总结出成功经验，为其他产业融合提供借鉴经验。第四部分，河北省旅游产业与文化产业深度融合发展的策略研究。通过对河北省旅游产业和文化产业融合发展的研究，针对存在的问题从多个角度提出相关的对策建议来改善两大产业融合发展存在的不足，提升融合水平。关键词：河北省 旅游产业 文化产业 产业融合AbstractTourism and culture is a natural link.
