5、-Commerce) and one of the leading IT service companies in PRC and a primer European medical equipment companys China market entry in China .SCOPE OF WORKThe major objective of this project is to provide essential information of the strategy and operations for locating a dot-com based publication joi
6、nt venture for SPANISH_MEDIA_Co (SMC) as the basis for strategic investment decisions in the PRC. Along with the consulting project, Bexcel Management Consultants (“Bexcel”) will provide three months related consulting services to SPANISH_MEDIA_Co.The scope of this project is divided to three phases

9、or relative information and device providers.1.1.4 Researching the activities of the main competitors.1.1.5 Identifying the major potential players in the main value chain of the relative industry.1.1.6 Identifying and understanding the demand of customers, estimating the potential demand.1.2 Conduc
