2、于广州市,总建筑面积为 23639 平方米,总高度为 21.731 米,属多层建筑;地下共一层, 层高为-4.8米,设有棋牌包房、酒吧、KTV 包房,员工餐厅、办公用房、设备用房、厨房及洗衣房等;地上共五层,首层层高 5.4 米,二层层高 4.5 米,三 五层层高 3.9米。其中首层为西餐厅和接待厅;二层为会议室及按摩房;三五层为标准客房及行政套房,且五层还设有总统套房。3 设计主要内容结合建筑特点计算冷热负荷;冷热源方案确定;空调方案的确定;空调设备的选取(空调机组,冷水机组,排风、排烟风机等) ;风管水力计算;风管与风口的布置;防排烟的计算以及管道保温、减振和消声等内容。空调系统设计应用于
