11、丰产性和抗逆性，加速新品种的推广应用步伐，经甲乙双方共同研究，订立协议如下：一、甲方职责1.免费提供经国家或者省级审定发布的允许推广种植的优质高产新品种或拟于下年度经销推广的优质高产新品种一份(展示示范品种水稻不少于_公斤，玉米不少于_公斤，油菜不少于_公斤，小麦不少于_公斤。试验品种不少于_公斤)及品种资料一份。2.承担因品种本身缺隐(非人为及气候因素)所造成示范户的减收损失。3.足额支付所提供品种的展示示范费用。二、乙方职责1.依据甲方所提供品种熟性选择具有代表性区域按农作物品种田间试验示范方法进行展示示范。2.负责展示品种及试验品种从制到收各生育阶段调查记载及资料收集整理，并在展示示范品种收获后及时以正式文件向甲方呈报展示示范结果，并抄报县级农业执法部门存查。3.对表现好、有推广前景的品种，协助甲方组织召开现场观摩会，并义务介绍推广。三、违约责任1.甲方提供的品种不符合国家质量标准所造成示范户及乙方经济损失由甲方承担。2.乙方伪造示范结果或不按时呈报示范报告，甲方有权追回展示费用。四、其它本协议一式三份，甲、乙双方及监证单位各一份，自签订之日生效，展示示范结束后自行失效。甲方(公章)：_代表(签字)：_年_月_日乙方(公章)：_代表(签字)：_年_月_日监证单位(公章)：_代表(签字)：_年_月_日 4 / 4
