1、外国人所需持有的证件。 （1）本人护照或其他身份、国籍证； （2）公安机关签发的外国人居留证，或外事部门颁发的身份证件，或临时来华的入境、居留证件； （3）经本国外交部（或外交部授权机关）和我国驻该国使、领馆认证本国公证机关出具的婚姻状况证明。2 foreigners held by the necessary documents. 3、ic of their marital status.涉外婚姻手续申请结婚的中国公民和外国人、港、澳、台同胞、华侨及出国人员，男年龄不得早于 22周岁，女不得早于 20 周岁。须分别持有下列证件：(一)中国公民1.本人户籍证明（户口簿、身份证）；2.本人所在工作单位或城市街道办事处，农村乡（镇）人民政府出具的婚姻状况证明。(二)外国人、外籍华人1.本人护照或其他身份、国籍证件；2.我公安机关签发的外国人居留证件或外事部门颁发的身份证件，或临时来华的入境、居留证件；3.经本国外交部（或外交部授权机关）和我驻该国使、领馆认证的由本国公证机关出具的婚姻状况证明；或该国驻华使、领馆出具的婚姻状况证明；
4、4.外国留学生中的中专、大专和本科学生在校学习期间一般不得结婚。其他学生（进修生、研究生等）要求与中国公民结婚的，除持有上述证明外，还须持有所在院校的学业证明； 5.再婚者的离婚证件或配偶死亡证明（离婚证件需经我国驻该国使（领）馆认证，或由该国使领馆直接认证）。Chinese marriage with foreigners procedures applies for the Chinese citizen and foreigner getting married, HongKong-Australia-Taiwan fellow countryman , overseas Chinese
