General Information 总说明This document gives an overall description of the processes involve
5、d for the WSA Plant to be installed at Yankuang Xinjiang Energy Chemical Co., Ltd, P.R. China.本文主要对兖矿新疆煤化工有限公司安装的 WSA 装置做了一个总的工艺描述。The WSA Plant shall treat one H2S feed gas stream and one NH3/H2S feed gas stream. 这套装置将要处理 H2S 原料气和含氨原料气。The process description refers to the Process Flow Diagram, HTA
6、S Dwg. No. 1336969, for the design case, 125% Flow, which is based on two acid gas streams specified in the project Design Basis, HTAS Doc. 8、ed gas 1, Acid from gasification and Feed gas 2, Acid gas containing ammonia, refer to the Design Basis, Section 2.1. and 2.2 respectively. 对于两种酸性气流原料气 1 来自于煤气化和原料气 2 含氨酸性气组成，分别指第 2.1 节和 2.2节。The two acid gas feed lines Feed gas 1 and Feed gas 2 are equipped with Feed Gas 1 K.O. Drum, B6003, and Fee
9、d Gas 2 K.O. Drum, B6004, respectively, for the removal of any condensate that might have built up in the feed lines. 10、处理。The acid gas is burnt in the Combustor, H6001, to generate an SO2-rich process gas. 酸性气在燃烧炉中燃烧产生富含 SO2 的工艺气体。Fuel gas is used to stabilise the combustion of acid gas, when required. 需要时可以加入燃料气来稳定酸性气燃烧。The hot process gas exits the Combustor at 975C and is cooled to 403C in the Waste Heat Boiler,

13、ot air by the Ammonia /Air Mixer, X6003, to ensure a homogenized mixing of ammonia and air. 第二部分原料气被用作氨源，并且被注入SCR上游的热工艺气，通过氨和空气混合器混合以确保氨和空气混合均匀。Hot air is supplied from WSA Condenser, E6005, hot air side via the Hot Air Blower, K6002 (see section 2.4). Before mixing, it is heated up to 342C by the A

The mixture of ammonia and process gas passes through a HTAS SCR catalyst in the SCR Reactor. The ammonia and nitrogen oxides react on the internal surface of the catalyst to form nitrogen and water vapour. Th
