In order to test the purity , plate cultur e detection o f miscellane-o us bacteria content w as carried out. The test results show ed that the number of Rhodop-seudomonas p alustrs reached its peak aft
9、er 120 hrs, the mo st suitable inoculation amo unt is8. 4474% ; and inoculation am ount 6% could g uarantee the pur ity and living bacteria num-ber. In practice, ino culation am ount can be appropriately incr eased for the purpose o f rapidculture.
