1、劳资关系从工会角度构建民 营企业和谐劳资关系研究 劳资关系从工会角度构建民 营企业和谐劳资关系研究 从工会角度构建民营企业和谐劳资关系研究以苍南县为例 摘 要摘 要 随着我国经济体制改革的深入和社会主义市场经济的建立和完善, 改革开放 三十多年以来,非公有制经济已经成为我国经济的重要组成部分,其中民营经济 在经济发展过程中所扮演的角色也愈加重要。 中国特色的社会主义市场经济体制 需要民营经济的快速发展,同样,对于民营企业而言也需要在这个良好的时机下 有好的发展前景。对于民营企业而言,劳资关系是其需要着重解决的问题,完善 民营企业和谐劳资关系成为了民营企业能否健康发展的关键所在。 工会作为劳资

2、关系处理的独特产物,对于民营企业而言,其且未发挥相应的效力。从工会视角 来构建中国民营企业和谐劳资关系成为了解决民营企业劳资冲突的重要途径, 因 此,本文正式基于此而展开研究。 本文总共六个章节,按照从研究思路而言,本文仍是基于传统的“提出问题 分析问题解决问题”这条路径出发,当然在每个层面上仍进行了相应的细 化。首先,对本研究的选题背景、选题意义、研究方法和目的、以及研究内容做 介绍,这也是问题提出的重要基础。然后在此基础上构建本文研究的基础理论, 通过国内外的文献研究,对工会理论、劳资关系理论进行理论汇总,以此来构建 本文研究的基础理论体系。接下来则是分析的现实落脚点,通过对中国民营企业

3、劳资关系的现状分析。对中国民营企业劳资关系的特点、存在的问题及其根源进 行具体的分析。 通过这些分析来寻找构建中国民营企业和谐劳资关系的现实突破 口。进而引入苍南县民营企业和谐劳资关系的构建作为范例进行研究,通过苍南 县民营企业劳资关系的现状,且结合现有的理论,基于工会视角下出发来寻求其 构建和谐劳资关系的主要困境, 进而为苍南县民营企业和谐劳资关系的构建提供 突破口。且据此提出民营企业和谐劳资关系的对策建议。最后,结论和展望。对 本文进行总结,且对本文的研究进行展望。 关键词:民营企业;劳资关系;工会 AbstractAbstract Along with the establishment

7、e enterprises from the trade union perspective has become the important way to solve the conflict between labor and capital in private enterprises, therefore, this paper, based on this research. In this paper, a total of six chapters, according to the research ideas, this paper put forward problems

The problems of labor relations in China, the characteristics of private enterprises and its causes are analyzed. Through the analysis to find the real breakthrough in constructing harmonious labor relati

Construction and then introduce the harmonious labor relations of private enterprises in Cangnan County as an example to study, through the status of labor-capital relations of private enterprises in Cangnan County, and combined with the existing theory, based on

12、 the perspective of trade unions to seek the main difficulties of constructing harmonious labor relations, so as to provide a breakthrough to build a harmonious labor relations in private enterprises in Cangnan county. And accordingly the countermeasures and suggestions of harmonious labor relations
