4、模式。现阶段，我国众多研究者对研究型教 学展开了广泛讨论，同时以清华大学、南京大学等为代表的一些高校深入开展 了本科研究型教学的实践。档案袋评价于 20 世纪 90 年代引进到我国的教育领 域，在基础教育中发展最快，并且随着质性评价理念的深入推广以及高校教学 改革的落实，在大学本科研究型教学中推广档案袋评价具有重要意义。 本文从理论和实践两个方面对大学本科研究型教学的有效开展进行了探 讨，并针对哈尔滨工业大学的本科研究型教学情况进行了调查走访，在策略研 究部分，针对研究型教学的教学评价提出了档案袋评价方法。在理论方面，笔 者一方面初步确定了研究型教学的内涵、特点以及与传统教学的区别；另一方 面
5、确定了档案袋评价的内涵、特点以及用于研究型教学评价的优势。本文在建 构主义、多元智能以及形成性和发展性评价的理论支撑下对研究型教学以及档 案袋评价进行了深入研究。本研究采用文献法、历史法、调查研究法、访谈法 等多种研究方法，对当前大学本科中研究型教学的开展现状做出了较为全面的 调查，发现大学本科研究型教学的开展现状不容乐观。通过深入的数据处理分 析得出， 现在制约研究型教学有效开展的多种因素有师生对研究型教学的认识、 师生的时间精力、学生的科研素养以及教师的科研素质和教学能力、领导重视 程度、教学评价制度、课程和教材，然后针对主要因素进行原因分析和策略研 究。档案袋评价用于大学本科研究型教学的
6、评价是策略研究里的关键部分，笔 者从教师教学档案袋和学生学习档案袋两个层面对大学本科研究型教学评价进 行了详细阐释。随着网络信息技术的快速发展，电子档案袋评价成为研究型教 学评价的有益补充。通过本文写作，主要是为大学本科研究型教学的开展理顺 道路，为高校教学改革提供一些可借鉴的方法和建议。 关键词：本科研究型教学；档案袋评价；现状；策略研究 哈尔滨工业大学管理学硕士学位论文 - II - Abstract With the deepening reform of higher education，research teaching which aims to develop the creat
7、ive ability and innovative spirit of undergraduate st udents attracts widespread attention. Undergraduate research teaching is a new teaching style which is put forward in respect to the traditional teaching sty le. Now, many researchers have extensive discussions of research teaching in China. Mean
8、while some universities carry out research teaching deeply in pr actice, for instance Tsinghua University and Nanjing University. Portfolio Ass essment is introduced in 1990s and develops rapidly in basic education. Wit h the Popularization of Qualitative evaluation concept and the implementation of
9、 higher education reform, promotion of portfolio Assessment in Undergrad uate research teaching is of great significance. In this paper, the effective implementation of undergraduate research teac hing is discussed from both theoretical and practical aspects. And a survey o f undergraduate research
10、teaching in Harbin Institute of Technology is conduc ted. Then, portfolio assessment is proposed in the strategies for Harbin Instit ute of Technologys undergraduate research teaching. In theory, on one hand, the meaning of research teaching, characteristics of research teaching and diff erences wit
11、h the traditional teaching are defined; on the other hand, the conn otation of portfolio assessment, features of portfolio assessment, and the adva ntages of portfolio assessment used in research teaching are defined. In this paper, constructivism, multiple intelligences, formative and development e
12、valu ation support for research teaching and the portfolio assessment. In this study, a few of research methods are used, such as literature research, documentati on research, questionnaire survey and interviews. Then, through a comprehens ive investigation of the current undergraduate research teac
13、hing, we find that the implementation of undergraduate research teaching is not optimistic. Thro ugh deeply analysis of the obtained data, we find that now a variety of restr icting factors such as teacher-student understanding of research teaching, teac hers and students time and energy, scientific
14、 literacy of students ,teachers re search quality and teaching ability, leaders emphasis, teaching evaluation syst em, curriculum and materials, affect the implementation of undergraduate rese arch teaching. Then, do the analysis and strategy for these main factors. Port folio assessment for undergr
15、aduate research teaching evaluation is a key part in the above strategies.
