10、 , China)ABSTRACT:With polyurethane( PU) modification of the blend of pheno-l based epox y propane ( E-51) and diglycidy-l4, 5-epoxycyclohex ane-1, 2-dicarbox ylate ( TDE-85) , the high perform ance TDE-85/ E-51 epoxy resin structureadhesive w as prepared w ith the mixed aromatic amine as curing age

The influences of raw material ratio on themechanical properties of the adhesive were discussed, and the PU toughen mechanism of the adhesive was alsoinvestigated by scanning electron m icroscope( SEM ) . The results indicate that w hen the TDE-85/ E-51 ratio is 1null1,and the amount of PU and a

12、romatic amine reaches to 19% and 20% respectively, the adhesive obtains the bestmechanical properties, and itnull s most shear strength achieves 25null81 MPa and 12null85 MPa under room tem perature and160 null , and the peel strength of the adhesive is 51null68 N/ cm.Keywords:polyurethane; epoxy resin; structure adhesive; mechanical property166s0S2009Mnull
