Power Conversion DevicesSingle phase AC power enters the Aquatrol Profile Manager through connection to the main circuit breaker, usually located on terminal strip TS1. Circuit breakers and fuses within the Profile Manager distribute power and protect the various dev
3、ices being powered by the Profile Manager.Three-phase AC power enters the Aquatrol Profile Manager and is distributed to one or more 24VDC power supplies to provide 24VDC power for the actuators. They may also be used to supply power for various interlock devices and signals.Protection DevicesThe el
4、ectronics included in the Profile Manager are electrically protected with both fuses and circuit breakers. The power supplies themselves have a regulated output voltage and are electronically protected against overload and short circuiting. Communications DevicesWhere applicable, Profile Managers wi

This RS232/RS485 converter converts the RS232 output from the Industrial PCs serial port into RS485 communications for the control system. Basic instructions are given for loading and communicating with the HC900 controller, but for a fuller understanding of its capabilities and features, reading the HC900 documentation is recommended. Before attempting these procedures, ensure that the software tools have been properly install
13、ed on a suitable maintenance computer.Establish a Network Connection to the HC900To modify settings, logic, or configuration on the HC900, first establish a connection between the maintenance PC running Hybrid Control Designer and the HC900 Controller. To establish this connection:1. Connect a strai
14、ght through Ethernet cable between the PC and the HC900.2. Inside Hybrid Control Designer, open the configuration file (*.cde). If you do not have the .cde for the system, see Section 0.3. Select the Utilities tab.4. Under the PC Port Setup menu click on Network.5. If the IP address of the HC900 doe
15、s not appear in the list click on Add, otherwise proceed to step 7.6. Enter the HC900 IP address7. Highlight the address of the HC900 in the list and click on Loop Back to test communications.Modify the TCP/IP Settings of the HC900To change the IP address or any other TCP/IP settings of the HC900 Hy
16、brid Controller:1. Create a backup copy of the existing HC900 logic and configuration (see Section 0).2. Establish a network connection with the HC900 Controller. 3. Add the new IP address for the controller by clicking on Network in PC Port Setup.4. Add the desired new IP address. 5. From the Utilities screen, select Set Controller Networ
