1、Unit 6,7,Acceptance,Confirmation, Order,contract 接受，确认与订单，合同,Basic Knowledge,外贸流程： 客户资源 询盘、发盘、还盘 PI 订单 采购订货/工厂安排生产 船务订舱（booking） （如FOB，给客户货代forwarder资料给船务） 拖车或派车子拉货去码头 装船 出提单，将提单和其他单证正本寄给客户/如L/C结算，则将其交银行 跟踪货物到货，后继投诉等,完工，检验，装箱,T/T订金或L/C,做INV,PL,工厂/客户/SGS等/商检,核销单、报关,（PO）,Acceptance,Confirmation,Order,
2、contract,在经历了询盘、报价和还盘后，买卖双方达成一致，同意接受按商定的条款成交，就进入了接受、确认，最终签署合同阶段。 这时候，买卖双方可能会发函相互确认之前商定的信息，并附上合同让对方签署。 实际业务中，很多公司会先发PI（Proforma Invoice）给客户确认，然后再签合同；也有些公司对于规模较小的单确认PI就可以，不用再签合同；有的公司不用发PI，直接下订单（PO）或签合同（contract)。,PI（Proforma Invoice）,PI即proforma incoice,形式发票 PI内容与发票invoice大致相同，只是抬头一定要是proforma incoice
3、。 PI主要作用： 1.让客户知道自己买的什么，数量多少，单价多少以及总值。 2.客户用来申请汇款，开证，申请许可证等的参考性发票。 3. 对商定交易金额及各项条款的确认。 注： 形式发票不是一种正式发票，不能用于托收和议付,订单（order)与合同(contract),订单order，采购订单purchase order(PO) 合同contract,销售合同sales contract ，销售确认书 sales confirmation 外贸销售合同或确认书须包含所有商定的条款，同时通常还会包含检验（inspection)、索赔(claim)、不可抗力(force majeure)、仲裁(
