A double row of sandbags, mattresses, o
11、r even overturned desks can be placed between the suspected bomb and any equipment or wall considered vulnerable. The barrier should not touch the bomb or the surfaces to be protected and should not be made of material that will fragment and contribute to any shrapnel generated by the detonation. Th

13、e call, the threat is deemed serious, the Forum should be evacuated and searched.
