3、和前景，已 越来越得到人们的重视。网上银行作为现代银行业的重要组成部分，已成为银行经 营发展的本质要求。我国网上银行业务发展十分迅速，逐渐成为个人和企业获得金 融服务的一个重要渠道。本文介绍了网上银行的特征和发展历程，分析了我国目前 网上银行发展的现状，指出我国网上银行发展存在的问题并提出解决问题的方法建 议，在此基础上展望了我国网上银行的美好前景。本文拟在通过简要介绍网上银行 的定义及特征、网上银行的运行特点、网上银行的发展历程，重点分析我国网络银 行发展历程和发展的现状及存在的问题，尝试探讨促进我国网上银行发展的一些对 策措施及预测我国网上银行未来发展的方向。 Abstract onlin
