2、管 理 SCM （SupplyChainManagement） 的思想，还吸纳了准时生产 JIT(JustInTime)、精良生产、并行 工程、敏捷制造等先进管理思想。ERP 既继承了 MRP管理模式的精华，又在许多方面对 MRP 进行了扩充：于 ERP 代表了当代的先进企业管理模式与技术，并能够解决企业提高整体管 理效率和市场竞争力问题，近年来 ERP 系统在国内外得到了广泛推广应用。随着信息技术、 先进制造技术的不断发展，企业对于 ERP 的需求日益增加，进一步促进了 ERP 技术向新一代 ERP 或后 ERP 的发展。 我国开展 MRP/ERP 的研究与应用已有 20 多年历史，经历了由
3、初步应用到推广应用、由 MRP 到 ERP、由 ERP 技术研究到 ERP 产品开发进而发展成 ERP 产业的不同阶段。我国的有些高 校和研究所也开始了关于 MRP的技术研究工作。早期的 MRP 应用系统比较强调物料库存管 理与生产计划，且多采用的是主机/终端式计算机系统。早期的 MRP应用企业取得了较明显 的效益，并为我国制造企业展示了现代企业管理模式。 ERP 深入应用与 ERP 产业蓬勃发展阶段（21 世纪）：进入 2000 年以来，随着中央提出以信 息化带动工业化战略，我国企业信息化与现代化发展步伐明显加快。特别是，科技部提出 Fox-ERP质量管理系统 了制造业信息化工程、经贸委提出
4、了企业信息化行动，带动和掀起了我国企业应用 ERP 的高潮。近两年，我国众多企业在积极实施 ERP 系统，现已有数千家企业应用 ERP 系统。有 些早期实施 MRP的企业在使其系统升级为 ERP 系统，并在不断深化应用，功能更加强大， 集成化程度越来越高。先进的 ERP 管理系统提高了企业的市场竞争力，获得显著经济效益。 巨大的 ERP 市场也刺激了国产化 ERP 产品应用的不断深入和我国 ERP 软件产业的迅速发展， 现已有国产化 ERP 软件商数十家之多。十五863 计划也在大力支持和推动 ERP 管理系统的 研究，并重点支持了 10 个 ERP 软件产品的研发，对 ERP 应用实施和产业
5、发展产生较大影响 和推动作用。ERP 系统应用实施的热潮正在全国各省市全面铺开，并在制造业信息化工程中 发挥着积极推动作用。 在网络化信息时代，制造业的竞争焦点已从单一企业间的竞争转化为跨企业的生产体系间的 竞争。企业正在把基于内部功能最优化的垂直一体化组织转变为更灵活的以核心能力为基础 的实体组织，并努力使企业在供应链和价值网络中找到最佳定位。这种定位的不仅相关于所 从事 B2B 和 B2C 电子商务，还参于协同商务过程。新一代 ERP 应当支持这种扩展型企业在电 子商务环境下的企业间协同经营与运作。.面向企业商务过程的功能可扩展性：新一代 ERP 将越来越面向企业的商务过程和产品全生命周期
