Lets review it.S1: It saves money and energy. It doesnt cause air pollution.S2: （教学设计意图：让学生思考片刻，随意抽查几名学生，说出骑自行车
4、的好处，对说得又多又准的学生给予奖励。这样意在激发学生的学习欲望，有利于调动学生的学习积极性。）2. Tell a bicycle accidentShow some pictures of the traffic accidents and ask some students to tell a bicycle accident around them. (教学设计意图：这一环节既检查了学生的复习情况，又培养了学生的英语的听说能力，从中培养了几个英语演讲高手。)Step 2 Presentation1. Ask and answer to lead in 1aShow some object
5、s or pictures to ask and answer between the teacher and students.Teach some new words and useful phrases, and make sentences about the traffic.(教学设计意图：这一环节我通过展示一些物体和图片进行教新单词和，词组，鼓励学生造句，造课文的新句子。这种直观教学有利于学生的记忆和理解。 )2让学生再读1a,找出含有条件状语从句的句子。教师讲解if引导的条件状语从句。比如；A： If we ride at night .we should have lights

B： If we break the traffic rules ,we may get a fine and even be in danger.Step3 巩固1，让学生分角色朗读1a，然后请几组学生表演。2.师生一起评价学生的表演，然后教师总结It is important for us to obey the traffic rulues .So we should know the meaning of the traffic signs.Step 4 练习1，师生一起核对1b答案，然后教师用条件状语从句来讲解1b中的前两张交通标志图。如；If the traffic lights turn red you must stop . If you see the traffic sign you must be careful . 2,帮助学生用条件状语从句说出1b中剩下的交通标志图的含义。完成1b.四，Homework复习和预习，完成资料上的练习5
