2、文献资料，通过实证研究，分析了目前产业集群理 论研究取得的成果，将产业集群理论引入中小微企业公共服务平台，提出以平台 集群构建中小微企业公共服务平台网络， 通过平台网络服务中小微企业是增强其 核心竞争力的关键所在。 本文主要研究了江苏省中小微企业公共服务平台网络建设需要解决的几个 问题：第一，实施平台网络建设的理论基础和框架；第二，如何搭建平台网络建 设框架是实施方案的关键所在；第三，以江苏省中小微企业公共信息化服务平台 为例证进行平台网络建设的实证研究， 为江苏省中小微企业公共服务平台网络建 设架构获取数据支撑；第四，提出江苏省中小微企业公共服务平台网络建设规划 方案。 本文的主要研究成果可
3、以分为以下三个方面：第一、如何将产业集群理论与 平台经济有效融合；第二，针对理论框架进行实践性验证；第三，提出江苏省中 小微企业公共服务平台网络建设基本规划。 关键词：关键词：中小微企业 公共服务平台 网络建设 政府 ABSTRACTABSTRACT Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are an important force in Chinas national economic and social development. Promoting the development of SMEs not only lays an import
4、ant foundation for maintaining the steady and rapid development of the national economy, it is also a major strategic task related to the peoples livelihood and social stability. Taking the SME cluster theory and public service platform for SMEs as a logical starting point for research, this paper s
5、ummarizes a large number of domestic and foreign literatures. The empirical study is carried out fully, the current research results from industrial cluster theory of the SME are analyzed, and the cluster theory is introduced into the platform economy. Based on these, strategies such as strengthenin
6、g the construction of public service network platform for SMEs as a key to enhance their core competitiveness are put forward. This paper mainly studies some problems need to be solved in the construction of public service network platform for SMEs in Jiangsu Province: first, the theoretical basis a
7、nd framework model for implementing platform network; second, the key and detail step for building the network platform; third, the empirical research on Jiangsu Province Information Service Platform Construction for SMEs, including data acquisition support for SMEs in Jiangsu province public servic

The main research results of this paper can be divided into the following three aspects: first, the effective integration of industrial cluster theory and the platform economy; second,
